MEET SHEF

My name is Tom Shefchunas, “Shef,” and I am the North Point Ministries Multi-Campus Director of Middle School (Transit). My passion involves working with, recruiting, and developing the hundreds of volunteer small group leaders it takes to pull off Transit. My wife Julie and I live in Cumming, Georgia with our three kids.

INDIVIDUAL

Individual coaching looks different for every client. The basic plan involves two coaching calls a month in order to provide an ongoing conversation as the client works through his or her issues.

GROUP

CHURCH LEADERS AND STUDENTS

Not only do I love speaking to students, but I love speaking about my passions. Those include volunteer mobilization, strategy, and the local church.

GET ORGANIZED

Consulting usually requires a two or three day site visit and some time to prepare observations and recommendations.  My specialty is ministry systems and organization, volunteer recruitment, orientation, and maintenance, and multi-campus strategy at all levels throughout a church.
